Atlanta Pest Guide

Pest control companies: partner with Atlanta Pest Guide

Atlanta Pest Guide connects metro Atlanta homeowners who need pest or termite help with one pest control company per county. This page explains how requests are produced, how county territories are held and how to apply.

Companies we want to work with

We are looking for licensed pest control operators serving metro Atlanta counties: general household pest service, termite inspections and treatment, mosquito programs, rodent exclusion, bed bug treatment and wildlife exclusion. Companies that issue the wood-destroying organism reports used in home sales are a strong fit.

Atlanta Pest Guide is not a pest control company. It is an independent guide published by Cornelia Cove LLC. We explain the pests Atlanta homes deal with, what treatments involve and what drives the price, so homeowners can ask good questions.

Independent local operators and family companies are as welcome as larger firms, provided you answer promptly and stand behind your service agreements.

How homeowners reach a request

Owners find us after spotting termite swarmers in spring, hearing rodents in the attic, waking up with bed bug bites, fighting ants or roaches in the kitchen, or getting a termite letter during a home sale. They read our pest guides, cost pages and county pages for the metro area.

When they want a technician, they complete the request form with name, phone, service needed, city, urgency and a description. If they used a free tool, the result is attached. We only forward requests that homeowners submitted.

A good share of the people writing to us are new to the region and surprised by what they find: subterranean termites, large cockroaches, fire ants in the lawn or squirrels in the attic. They want a technician who explains what they are dealing with and how to keep it from coming back, not just a spray visit.

What each request contains

A person reviews every request before it goes out. You see contact details, city, urgency and the description, which usually names the pest, where it was seen, how long it has been a problem and whether the house is being sold. Bed bug and wildlife-in-the-home requests are flagged as urgent.

Homeowners are told an independent local company may contact them. We do not present you as part of our business, and we do not quote your prices.

Exclusive county territories, first come

Each metro county is held by one pest control partner. Requests from inside that county go only to that company and are not resold or shared. Homeowners understand county lines, and it keeps routing clean for everyone.

Counties go to the first qualified company that completes onboarding. If the county you want is held, ask to join its waiting list or about a neighboring county that is still open. We only assign the counties you can service on a reasonable schedule.

What we expect

Hold the Georgia structural pest control license and certifications your services require, carry liability insurance and share proof when asked. Quote in writing, explain contract terms and renewal fees clearly before the customer signs, and follow product labels and state rules on every treatment. Respond to new requests promptly and tell us about invalid or out-of-area requests.

Our pages tell homeowners to read service agreements carefully. Partners who explain theirs plainly keep their customers longer.

Tell homeowners what to do before and after a treatment, especially where children and pets are involved, and come back promptly when a callback is covered by your agreement.

How pest requests move through the year

In the Atlanta area, termite swarmers bring a wave of questions in spring, mosquitoes and ants drive summer requests, and rodents move indoors as the weather cools. Bed bug and wildlife calls arrive year-round and are usually urgent. Many homeowners writing to us have already tried store-bought products and want to know what a professional will do differently, how long a treatment lasts and what follow-up visits cost. Clear answers to those questions, given before the first visit, are what tend to win the account.

Questions pest companies ask

Do requests include commercial accounts? Occasionally, labeled in the description. Are termite letters for home sales included? Yes. Can a wildlife-only company apply? Yes, state your scope when you apply.

How to apply

Fill in the request form on our contact page, starting the description with "Partner application". Include your company name, the counties you want, your license and certification numbers, your insurance carrier and your services. We reply by email.

Every partnership is agreed individually before requests are sent. We do not publish partner prices and do not promise request volume, which depends on season and county.
